Resident Evil 6 looks like it will be the most dramatic horror game of 2013. It combines action and survival horror. Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield, Ada Wong, and new characters like Jake Muller join the cast of Resident Evil to face a new threat: the highly contagious C-virus. The story moves between North America, the war-torn state of Edonia in Eastern Europe, and the city of Lanshiang in China.
Resident Evil 6 has four separate but connected storylines, each with its own pair of main characters that can be played alone or with a friend, both online and offline. The game offers a variety of points of view and gameplay styles, and with the new Crossover mechanic, players can join forces and share the horror. At important points in the game, up to four players can work together online to solve a problem. At some times, the normal partnerships are switched around to make the game even more complex.
