A unique mix of a top-down shooter and a tower defense game. You are the X-Morph, a type of alien that comes to Earth to take its resources and change the surface. You can plan your attack in the build mode by carefully choosing the different kinds of alien towers, or you can jump right into the fight. Make mazes for enemies to get through in a world that gives you a lot of freedom in how you plan your moves. Tear down buildings and bridges to help your defense or just for fun to see damage on a scale that has never been seen before. You can use defense methods that you’ve never seen before in this type of game and a wide range of unique alien weapons.
It’s your job to protect the X-Morph harvesters from waves of human troops. Before each wave of enemies, there is a setup process where the player can see what kinds of enemies are coming and where they will go. The player has an unlimited amount of time during this phase, so he can carefully plan his defenses or start fighting right away and add towers as needed during the battle. One of the best things about the game is that you can put towers almost anywhere on the map and use laser fences to direct enemies around them. The player can either use simple towers to make long mazes or more advanced towers that are better at killing different kinds of enemies that come at them. Different types of advanced towers are best at fighting different kinds of enemies. For example, flame towers are great at killing ground units that move quickly, artillery towers are great at fighting big groups of slow enemies, and anti-air lasers are great at shooting down heavy bombers.
