In Divide, the odds are stacked against the player in battle. It’s possible for each meeting to go completely wrong. A futuristic sidearm and the possible help of a friend can be used to directly attack both large and small combat areas. The player can also sneak through by hacking into the enemy’s contact and giving them false information.
The left stick is used to move, and the right stick is used to shoot. Besides running, the buttons on top of the controller are used to do other things, like shoot a sidearm and interact with the main character’s augmented reality interface. The player stays in charge, and their fingers and thumbs stay put.
