Glory to Arstotzka: After a six-year war, the communist state of Arstotzka has finally taken back half of the border town Grestin from the nearby state of Kolechia.
As an immigration inspector, it’s your job to keep an eye on the people coming from Kolechia to the Arstotzkan side of Grestin. There are secret drug smugglers, spies, and terrorists among the huge numbers of immigrants and tourists looking for work.
You must decide who can enter Arstotzka based only on the travelers’ papers and the Ministry of Admission’s basic search, inspect, and fingerprint systems. Anyone caught or turned away will be arrested.
