The historical setting of Han Xiongnu Wars is in the exciting early years of the Han Dynasty. The wars are a part of role-playing, real-time strategy, and action games. Members of ShangShiXuan use historical records and scientific finds to accurately portray the people and places of an eastern world.
The game begins during the rule of the Wudi Emperor of Han and is set during the wars in the northern steppes between the Han Empire and the Xiongnu. There were also wars between other kingdoms, towns, and tribes at the time. On the east side of the Black River are the groups of Sushen and Fuyu. To the west of the high Pamirs are the lands of Kangju and Dayuan. Two hundred cities, big and small, stand for more than thirty different nations, tribes, and countries at the time.
The game has more than 1000 unique weapons, armors, clothes, buildings, and other things that were carefully made based on new archaeological discoveries.
